Da Nang city tour

(Marble mountains – Champa museum –  Han market)

Our guide will pick you up at hotel and then we will visit Marble mountains, they look like 5 fingers lying close to the sea. There are several caves, pagodas, temples. They are also home to several Buddhist sanctuaries and Hindu grottoes which are much visited places of worship for the local population. The Marble mountains has become one of the must-see destinations for those who enjoy the beauty of nature and want a respite from the busy urban areas.

After this we will have lunch at local family. And then the bus will take us to champa museum. This is the largest collection of Cham sculpture and artwork  in the word. Cham pa museum  was built  in 1915 according to  the motifs of ancient Cham architecture. At present, the museum  houses 500 stone  and terracotta sculptural works made between  the 7th  and the 13th centuries.

And then the bus will take us to visit Han market. The most important trading point  of Da Nang city, Han market is popular among local and tourist alike.

There are also exhibits focusing on Cham culture today. The museum also displays terracotta and stone works of art .In addition to the Hindu-influenced pieces there are also some that have evidently drawn inspiration from Buddhism including altars and deities.

  • You should bring cameras, anti-insect cream, sports shoes .hats/caps, sunglasse.
