Your âExperience Vietnamese Cooking Class and Local Marketâ begins with a visit of a market near Da Nang. This is the perfect occasion to discover exotic products and their use in Vietnamese cooking.
By joining this tour you have chance to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals and you also can learn about daily life.
After that we will come back to local family, we have a welcome drink and join the cooking class. Back to the kitchen for a cooking class with a local chef, youâll learn how to make several different dishes, before sitting down and enjoying your meal together. You will make 6 traditional Vietnamese dishes from south/middle/north Vietnam:
- Green Papaya Salad
- Vietnamese-style fish
- Rice Pancake
- Fried Spring Roll
- Stir Fried Garlic with Water Spinach
- Banana Cake
Vegetarian menu available on request!
End tour and transfer back to your hotel in Hoi An and Da Nang.
