Child policy
- Children under 4 year is free
- Children from 5 to 9 years old is 80%
- Children over 10 year old is same adult price
for rafting tours:
- Age limit: Must be 14 or older (you have to buy an adult ticket, child ticket is without rafting!).
- Height and weight: Must be over 140 cm and weigh at least 40 kg (and under 80 kg).
- If they can participate, they pay the full price as an adult.
Cancellation policy:
To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before 5 am the date the experience start in the local timezone (Our local timezone is ICT – Indochina time). No refunds will be given after that time period.
We reserve the right to cancel a customer’s booking for a full refund if:
- Bad weather
- Not enough travelers
