Sunrise Marble Mountains & Son Tra Peninsula “Kingdom” Of Monkeys
The tour begins early in the morning, with our guide picking you up directly from your hotel.
Our first stop is the majestic Son Tra Peninsula, often referred to as the “Kingdom of Monkeys”. Here, you’ll explore the unspoiled natural beauty of the area and have the rare opportunity to observe the endangered Red-shanked Douc Langur in its natural habitat. This is more than just a sightseeing trip – it’s a meaningful journey back to nature and a chance to raise awareness about biodiversity conservation.
We’ll visit several notable sites on the Son Tra Peninsula, including:
- The Former US Helicopter Airport
- Hang Bà Dính
- Vong Cảnh House
- Radar Station 29
- Ban Co Peak
- Linh Ung Pagoda
At an altitude of 600 meters above sea level, you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Da Nang and the coastline.
After enjoying a light breakfast on top of Son Tra Mountain, we head to the famous Marble Mountains (Ngu Hanh Son), a cluster of five marble and limestone hills named after the five elements: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth. The mountains resemble five giant fingers reaching up beside the sea.
Explore natural caves, ancient pagodas, Buddhist sanctuaries, Hindu grottoes, and spectacular viewpoints offering sweeping coastal vistas. These sacred sites have long served as places of worship and refuge, especially during the Vietnam War.
Whether you’re drawn by spiritual heritage, dramatic landscapes, or peaceful surroundings, Marble Mountains is a must-see destination – ideal for those seeking a deeper connection with Vietnam’s natural and cultural heritage. Say good bye to Marble Mountains we will come back local family for Vietnamese lunch.
End tour and transfer back to your hotel.
