Exploring the Hidden Charm of Hoi An
Around 5:30 am our tour guide will wait for you at meeting point at 78 Tran Hung Dao Street and we will start our tour “Exploring the Hidden Charm of Hoi An“.
The first stop will be to the majestic Hoi An town. Renowned throughout Southeast Asia for its antique charm, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hoi An Ancient Town is a must-see for first-time visitors to Vietnam. . The best time to walk around the Hoi An ancient town in the early morning and quite of tourists.
Duy Hai fish market
And then we move to local dock – We will take a boat ride to Duy Hai fish market, it´s a traditional fish market. On the boat we will offer you a breakfast: Banh My with Coffee.
While visiting there, you can observe how the villagers vend their seafood to customers and then we visit family to learn how to make fish-sauce.
Vietnamese fish sauce is something you will get to taste in almost every single Vietnamese meal throughout the S-shaped country.
Many people want to try the taste of Hoi An fish-sauce and some are interested in visiting the houses where it is manufactured, to better understand why it is so delicious.
Coconut Village
Next stop is Coconut Village. Here you will have chance to see the local hardly catching fish by some traditional way on the river. We have 45 minutes to try basket boats with local people. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest and then we will take you back to lantern work shop where you can try how to make Hoi An lantern.
End tour and transfer back to your hotel by Mini Van.
